First time login, forgotten password or expired password? Help
First time login If it is your first time login or if you forgot your username, this procedure allows you to get your username by email:
Enter the email address. For CNRS units staff or contractor and service user (UHPI), this is the email address declared in Réséda Personnel by your HR manager. In the event of a problem, contact the HR manager in your laboratory. You must check the security box 'I am not a robot'.
We send you an email with your username and a link that allows you to enter a new password for a limited time.
Forgotten password or expired password If you forgot your password or if your password is expired, the reset procedure allows you to set a new password. This procedure is carried out in 2 steps:
Step 1: Sending the request
Enter the email address. For CNRS units staff or contractor and service user (UHPI), this is the email address declared in Réséda Personnel by your HR manager. You must check the security box 'I am not a robot'.
We send you an email with your username and a link that allows you to enter a new password, for a limited time.
If you do not have access to your mailbox, this first step can be proceeded by the Sesame administrator. He/She will give you a reset code to use on the page https://sesame.cnrs.fr/password-reset/token and let you access to step 2.
Step 2: Entering the Password
Click on the link contained in the email, or copy it into the address bar of your browser. We will draw your attention to the fact that you must use the same browser that was used for the request!
Then enter a new password that is compatible with the stated rules.
When you submit your new password, the link becomes invalid and cannot be reused. Your new password is active.
Notes:
We will never ask you for your current password. In any case, never share your password with anyone.
Your password is written in an unreadable form in the CNRS reference documents, it is in no way kept in clear and cannot be returned: only you are aware of it!
